KECHAO company successfully completed the overhaul project of the 10t/h waste gas and waste liquid steady-state incineration boiler

On November 26, 2020, the 10t/h waste gas and liquid incineration boiler of  Guangzhou Nansha Lonza Co., Ltd. was re-ignited and put into operation at full capacity, marking the perfect completion of our company’s overhaul project for this boiler. This overhaul is mainly to replace economizer and maintenance of the water-cooled membrane wall and combustion system.

This type of boiler is a steady-state incinerator designed by LONZA Group. It is used to treat waste liquid and waste gas generated in pharmaceutical production, and recover heat energy to generate steam for production. The processing capacity of the incinerator reaches 1t/h, waste gas 1400Nm³/h, boiler evaporation capacity 10t/h, pressure 2.0MPa, saturated steam temperature 218°C, flue gas purification method adopts SNCR+washing+adsorption+SCR, emission value meets European and national standards.

Guangzhou Nansha Lonza Co., Ltd. was established in April 2003. It is a wholly-owned foreign-funded enterprise established by the Swiss Lonza Group in Guangzhou. The company covers an area of approximately 220,000 square meters and mainly produces nicotinamide (ie vitamin B3) and L-carnitine series. Products, sanitary and anti-corrosion products, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), chemical intermediates and other related products, and provide customized development and other related services.
