DHS30-1.25-FY Pharmaceutical Waste Incineration Boiler is a patented product of Guangzhou Maichao Company, which is specially developed for the incineration treatment of high-salt organic waste liquid and high-concentration organic waste water produced by fermentation and distillation process.

The 2# waste incineration boiler was completed and put into operation in 2016 and has been running safely for 8 consecutive years, incinerating 280,000 tons of pharmaceutical wastewater (raw water, 7% solids) per year, which is the most important environmental protection equipment of East Sunshine Pharmaceutical, providing a strong guarantee for production and creating huge economic and social benefits for users.

This overhaul is the first major repair of this type of boiler, and the main content is to replace all convection heating surface tube screens. In view of the parts that are easy to wear and corrode during operation, the overhaul and update of the pressure heating surface has taken surfacing measures to improve the corrosion resistance and wear ability of the equipment, the base material of the pipe is 20# boiler seamless tube, the surfacing material is nickel-chromium special electrode, the thickness is 3mm, the surfacing height is 1000mm, the pipe surfacing and bending is formed and then docked with the membrane wall to form a good anti-wear area in a specific area.

Surfacing technology is a high-strength anti-wear and anti-corrosion measure widely used in waste incineration boilers in recent years, aiming at the corrosive components of high chlorine and alkali metal salts in the fuel of waste incineration power generation and biomass power generation, through surfacing alloys that resist chlorine and alkali metal salts at high temperatures, such as INCONEL625, INCONEL622, 686CPT, etc., can play a role in preventing corrosion of chlorine, alkali metal salts and other substances at high temperatures, and greatly extend the service life of the boiler.
