Incineration is a waste water containing a high concentration of organic matter oxidative decomposition at high temperature, a method in which organic compounds that generate carbon dioxide, water and other harmful substances into the atmosphere, COD  99% removal efficiency . Chemical waste water or waste for final disposal using this method, especially for some of the high concentration of complex components, contaminants no recycling value and higher heating value of the waste, the direct use of incineration is the most thorough approach to governance methods.

We use fluidized bed combustion technology design new waste incinerator. Advantages of fluidized bed incineration is: Good for auxiliary fuel coal adaptability, the higher the COD value, the less the amount of fuel burned secondary waste required, fluidized bed incineration can be produced with high moisture wastewater sludge, pulping methods using limestone powder can be mixed within the same bed desulfurization and dechlorination to reduce SO2 and HCl emissions, adopting a classification with wind burn can effectively reduce NOx emissions, HCl and Cl2 can fit through the furnace flue gas removal or washing measures to control, not only to meet environmental standards, while reducing flue gas boiler heating surface corrosion. Incinerator recovered thermal energy released steam output, or for the production of concentrated waste liquid, greatly reducing the cost of waste treatment.

The first large-scale industrial continuous incineration of pharmaceutical waste liquid incineration boiler was completed and put into operation in 2013. The waste liquid incineration volume is 9.5t/h, and the saturated steam output is 22-25t/h. The concentration section adopts high-efficiency mechanical concentration equipment imported from the United States and flue gas treatment. The work section adopts the power wave wet flue gas scrubber of American DuPont Company, and the emission value reaches the flue gas emission standard of Class I area.
