Nobel NC Co.,Ltd.(Thailand) is a large-sized industrial nitrocellulose producing enterprise, founded by NCI Company (Thailand) and Inabata Company (Japan), locating at Chainat city, Thailand, equipped by the most advanced producing line. Its products are sale all over the world, owning half of the market share.

There are 2 CFB boilers set in the heat-supply workshop, supplying multiple level pressure of saturated steam to the whole factory, like 1.25mPa (from 20tons/h boiler) saturated steam is for dissolve work section; while 2.5mPa (from 15tons/h boiler) saturated steam is for refining work section. It adopts highly automatic equipment to the workshop, including automatic coal-feed system, automatic water-feed system, DCS thermal engineering operation system, filter bag system, airtight ash-off system, automatic slag cooling system and condensed water cycling system.

Kechao's team took the EPC contract to build and finish this workshop, including designing, purchasing, constructing and regulating. This project is supervised by TUV (Germany), the world's famous supervision institution. With consummate technique, professional skill and strict management, Kechao's team won good comments from both owner and supervisor.
