Dai Viet (Vietnam) Company Limited is the first large-sized alcohol producing enterprise in Vietnam, locating on Industrial Zone-CN5, Tam Thang, Cu Jut, Dak Nong, mid-area of Vietnam. This area is the main cassava producing area inVietnam Since it is nearCambodia, resource (cassva) is sufficient. The yearly design producing capacity of the factory is 30,000t high-quality edible alcohol and 1500t industrial alcohol, with cycling 20,000t CO2, 10 million m3 bio-gas, and 25,000t Cassava residue.
Dai Viet (Vietnam) Company Alcohol Factory is the engineering of general contract by Maichao Group in accordance with EPC contract. The construction started from March, 2007 and finished on October, 2008. It first adopts non-acid fermentation technology in producing successfully, not With improving the product quality, but also optimizing the alcohol waste program. With the most advanced design concept, heat system, alcohol producing line, CO2 cycling system, cassava residue cycling system, waste treating system are all done in one step. As a project with advantages of energy-saving, environment protecting and highly efficient, it is praised by Agriculture Department and Industrial Energy Department of Vietnam, popularized as a good example.
