Introduction
WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.
Technical advantages
Unique structural design
The unique design of two return strokes of central backburning, the low arrangement of the center of the combustion chamber, and the symmetrical distribution of heat exchange smoke pipes on the left and right are adopted, and the heat exchange load is uniform and stable, which is conducive to the steam-water circulation on the working fluid side and improves the safety of the boiler.
The rational application of corrugated furnace and reinforced heat transfer element threaded smoke tube not only strengthens the turbulent heat transfer of high-temperature flue gas, but also effectively absorbs the thermal expansion and contraction of the furnace body.
The boiler adopts the design idea of large furnace bladder, which is completely combusted, not easy to deposit carbon, and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low nitrogen oxide emissions.
The energy saver and condenser are arranged on the top of the boiler, which is compact and has no floor space.
The energy saver and condenser adopt spiral fin tube type to strengthen heat transfer, counter-current arrangement, and good heat transfer performance.
The condenser is made of special ND steel, which has good condensate corrosion resistance and greatly improves the service life.
Reasonable flue structure, smoke box hydrophobic structure, condensate is easy to discharge, collect and treat.
Energy saving and environmental protection
The boiler adopts the design idea of large furnace to reduce the volumetric heat load of the furnace, and with the professional burner, the NOx emission is as low as <30mg/Nm³.
99% of the composition of natural gas is methane (CH4), containing a large amount of hydrogen (H), the flue gas after combustion contains a large amount of water vapor, after theoretical calculation, the share of water vapor in the flue gas is about 18%, if the water vapor is condensed into water, the latent heat of vaporization is recovered, the heat recovery is about 5%, and the boiler efficiency can be increased to >100%.
