Introduction

SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler expand horizontally sideways. Around the furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall. Furnace and tube bank are totally separated by the membrane water tube cooling wall at the left side of the furnace. The back part of bundle is sparse shift structure, front part is aligned structure. Smoke from furnace outlet enters re-burning chamber, convection tube bank area and then from left front part enters spiral fine coil economizer and condenser, and finally is discharged to atmosphere through chimney.

Unique structural design

The longitudinal D-type arrangement of double boiler barrel is adopted, and important pressure components such as pot barrel do not directly guard the high temperature flame radiation and scouring.

The boiler adopts the design concept of large furnace, which has the characteristics of complete combustion, not easy to accumulate carbon, high efficiency and low nitrogen oxide emissions.

The boiler adopts a self-supporting structure, which saves steel frame and space.

The energy saver and condenser adopt spiral fin tube type to strengthen heat transfer, counter-current arrangement, and good heat transfer performance.

The condenser is made of special ND steel, which has good condensate corrosion resistance and greatly improves the service life.

Reasonable flue structure, smoke box hydrophobic structure, condensate is easy to discharge, collect and treat.

Large-scale assembly and supply to reduce on-site installation workload.

The energy saver and condenser can be placed on the upper part of the boiler according to the site conditions.

Energy saving and environmental protection

The boiler adopts the design idea of large furnace to reduce the volumetric heat load of the furnace, and with the professional burner, the NOx emission is as low as <30mg/Nm³.

99% of the composition of natural gas is methane (CH4), containing a large amount of hydrogen (H), the flue gas after combustion contains a large amount of water vapor, after theoretical calculation, the share of water vapor in the flue gas is about 18%, if the water vapor is condensed into water, the latent heat of vaporization is recovered, the heat recovery is about 5%, and the boiler efficiency can be increased to >100%.
