Introduction
Adopting static design theory & CFB circulating fluidized bed) technology, material balance theory & big particle burning theory can improve burning capacity and reduce bed volume effectively, which form energy-saving CFB technology. With the regulation to the bed flow, it can reduce power consumption and increase burning capacity in condition of keeping present advantages (good coal adaptation and low pollution control cost) of CFB boiler.
Energy-saving Principle:
It reduces the material amount on rapid bed properly in accordance with CFB map; on the other hand, using big partile to limit the useless material amount on bubble column bed, so that aviod unnecessary fan power consumption and heating face wearing. The pratical analysis to CFB material system proves the effective very method to reduce bed material amount is: To improve the seperator rate and improve material return device flow capacity, so to control combustion strength. With this way,it can satisfy the demands of heat-pass parameter and combustion strength.
Technical advantages
1. Power saving:Fan power consumption 20% down;
Low-pressure bed power consumption, pressure head of boiler primary & secondary fan, roots fan, draft fan reduce effectively.
2. Coal saving:Boiler coal consumption 3%-5% down;%
Low pressure bed can reduce furnace back pressure, and decrease the material content in secondary wind area, so to increase the secondary wind performance and burning efficiency .
3. Low Wear-rate: It is nearly no wear to heating face, which makes boiler possible to run 8000 hours per year.
